دسلوراتادين هو مُضاد الهِسْتامِين, يقلل من تأثير الهِسْتامين الطبيعي الموجود في الجسم, والمسؤول عن اعراض الحساسية.

يستخدم لتخفيف أعراض الحساسية الموسمية وعلى مدار السنة بما في ذلك احتقان الأنف والعطس وسيلان الأنف والحكة في الأنف و الحلق والسعال.
